Thanks so much for the comment! Its interesting your comment came at the time it did. I have been for a long time saying that I would not leave SA, because we keep loosing so many to the rest of the world! However considering my entire year has predominantly been spent working late nights and all weekend without pay... I have honestly begun considering the idea of working overseas! Constantly working weekends without pay? Sorry, but no-one, unless they don't know any better, does that "by choice". I left SA five years ago and now work abroad. SA's industry needs to start treating its employees better, because they're going to keep losing people when those artists eventually realise just how shockingly bad the situation in SA actually is.
